The reliable quality assurance relies not only on effective operation of the quality system, but also on advanced inspection and detection techniques. This viewpoint was determined at the beginning of the enterprise establishment. The inspection equipment and technique have been continuously perfected, the relevant specialty technical persons have been engaged through higher wages. Up till the year 2005, the enterprise has had several tens units of various inspection and measurement equipment, more than 30 specialized technical persons. The enterprise can independently complete geometric dimension inspection, mechanical property test, generalized measuring tool calibration and repair, metallographic examination, chemical analysis, product salt spray test etc many industrial inspection and detection. The testing center and the metering center have been certificated by relevant department. |
